Principal
Robert Baker has been the Principal at Novi Middle School since 2018. This year, he is the primary point of contact for the 7th grade. He was previously an assistant principal at Novi High School from 2011-2018. From 2005 - 2011 Mr. Baker taught Spanish, Civics, Economics, International Relations and IB Theory of Knowledge. Mr. Baker holds a BA from the University of Michigan Ann Arbor in Spanish and Organizational Studies, an MA in International Studies from the George Washington University, an MA in Education from the MAC program at the University of Michigan, and and Ed. Assistant Principal
Angie Southworth has been a part of the Novi Community School District since 2006 and returns to Novi Middle School as Assistant Principal for the 2022-2023 school year. She was previously the Novi High School Dean of Students. She taught in the language department for 13 years at Novi Middle School, before serving as Dean of Students for two years. Ms. Southworth earned her BA in French from Michigan State University and pursued a Masters in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from Madonna University. She completed her Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Oakland University in 2016.
